Yesterday only the four companies listed below sold more than 5 cars. The market at the top end is somewhat steady with $6.3m worth of cars being sold. At the other end, we’re seeing days where Hemmings, PCarMarket, Hagerty etc. are getting very little traction in terms of sales.

So, they held four "premium" auctions yesterday, and guess what? Not a single car was sold! What's going on here? Is the whole online car auction scene hitting a slow patch? Or maybe it's just the top-tier cars that are taking a breather? Or could it be that they didn't market these auctions well enough? Heck, it might even be a mix of all these things, who knows?

One thing I can definitely tell you is that Bring A Trailer isn't showing any signs of slowing down in terms of sales, racking up a solid 93 sales just yesterday. Sure, it might not be hitting those crazy price highs we saw in 2021 and early 2022, but from where I'm standing, the market still seems pretty darn vibrant.
