NEARLY SALE OF THE DAY

I could write my usual long description of this wonderful Supra, but let Doug take it away.

There's a lot to like about the newest Toyota Supra, as it boasts great handling, a head-turning exterior design, and an available turbocharged straight-6 that's rated at a muscular 382 horsepower – which this car has. This Supra is also the rare A91-CF Edition model, which was added to the lineup for 2022 and limited to 600 units. It's finished in a distinctive color called Matte Storm Gray Metallic, and it touts just 50 miles on the odometer, so it's practically new. This Supra is also unmodified, and it comes with a clean, accident-free Carfax report, for added buyer confidence.

MERCEDES-BENZ AMG SL63

Today I've chosen to delve into the realm of the Mercedes-Benz AMG SL63, a veritable titan of German engineering, and its performance in online auctions throughout April.

My fascination with the SL63 is not just born out of my admiration for its robust powertrain or its luxurious cabin, but also due to its unique position in the market.

Below is the pertinent information on the above models that have sold in April 2023.

🚗 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG:

First generation of the SL63 AMG
Equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 518 horsepower
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds

🚗 2012 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG:

Second generation of the SL63 AMG
Features a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 engine producing 530 horsepower
Has a seven-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds

🚗 2012 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG P30 Performance Package:

Same as the 2012 SL63 AMG, but with additional upgrades for improved performance
Includes a limited-slip differential, performance steering wheel, and AMG performance suspension
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds

🚗 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG:

Third generation of the SL63 AMG
Features the same twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 engine as the 2012 model, but with improved fuel efficiency
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds

🚗 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG P30 Performance Package:

Same as the 2013 SL63 AMG, but with additional upgrades for improved performance
Includes a limited-slip differential, performance steering wheel, and AMG performance suspension
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds

🚗 2017 Mercedes-AMG SL63:

Fourth generation of the SL63 AMG
Features a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 577 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque
Comes with a seven-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters
Accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.0 seconds
