Yesterday was quite the rollercoaster ride, with sales numbers soaring high and making our hearts race. 🚀

So, without further ado, let's dive headfirst into the thrilling world of car auctions.

Let's tip our hats to a couple of firsts that deserve a standing ovation!

Cars & Bids just smashed their personal best with the sale of a 2010 Lamborghini, fetching a cool $700,000. 👏

Meanwhile, making a grand entrance into our top 10 is Bonhams|Cars Online, courtesy of their '67 Aston Martin sale. Here's to the first of many, folks! 👏

THURSDAY SALES

Alright, stat lovers, buckle up because we're diving into the numbers game! 📊

Yesterday was a day of popping champagne for Cars & Bids, as they hit a record-breaking sale of $700,000 (more on that later). This sent their total sales and average sale skyrocketing, even though they sold fewer cars than the last two Thursdays. A bit of a paradox, isn't it? 🍾

Over at Bring A Trailer, it was business as usual. They clocked in a solid $3.5m in sales and sent 77 vehicles off to their new homes. Just another day at the office, eh? 🚗

Collecting Cars, on the other hand, had a bit of a banner day. Their average sale price soared to a whopping $104k! But let's not get too carried away, as their daily car sales volume isn't exactly breaking records. 📈 (YET)

Now, I'm not going to get into a deep analysis of each platform's strengths and weaknesses today. But it's clear as day that BaT is leading the pack by a long shot. They're selling four times more than the next highest site and are the only ones hustling seven days a week. 🏆

The question remains: Can Cars & Bids and Collecting Cars step up their game and sell more cars per day? Only time will tell, but we're all here for the ride! 🎢

It's like Christmas came early for some lucky speed demons out there! 🎅🚗💨 If you're a fan of these Italian beauties (and let's be honest, who isn't?), then buckle up because we've got the juicy details on these two big-ticket sales. Let's dive in and see what all the fuss is about, shall we? 🏁🔥

🏁 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce 🏁

Sale Price: This beauty sold for a record-breaking $700,000 on Cars & Bids! 💰

Exterior: Dressed in a dashing Bianco Isis, this Canadian-spec Murcielago SV is a sight to behold. It's got 18-inch wheels, carbon ceramic brakes, a glass engine cover, and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. But it's not all about looks - it's got a few battle scars, including some rock chips on the front bumper and a past encounter with a pole. 🚗💨

Interior: Inside, it's all about luxury with a Nero Perseus interior. It's got Alcantara upholstery, a carbon fiber interior trim, and a Kenwood touch screen head unit. But it's not just for show - it's got a few signs of wear on the interior buttons and some cracking in the paint on the underside of the trunk lid. 🏎️💺

Sale Price: This classic sold for a cool $460,000 on Collecting Cars! 💰💰

Exterior: This Countach is a classic, finished in a vibrant Rosso Siviglia. It rides on 15-inch 'Teledial' alloy wheels and features pop-up headlights. It's got a few blemishes, including a small one on the left-hand rear quarter panel and some 'road rash' on the rear sill vents. 🚗💨

Interior: Inside, it's all about comfort with a cream leather-trimmed interior and a contrasting black upper dashboard and carpets. It's got a three-spoke steering wheel, climate control, and manually operated windows. But it's not just about comfort - it's got a few signs of wear on the driver's seat. 🏎️💺

Under the Hood: This Countach is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V12, delivering around 455hp. It's got a five-speed open-gate manual transmission. It's also got a more contemporary Becker Mexico CD stereo. 🏎️💨

In my humble opinion, while both these Lambo’s are drool-worthy, I have a soft spot for the 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce. There's just something about that Bianco Isis finish and the roar of that 6.5-liter V12 engine that gets my heart racing. But hey, I wouldn't say no to the Countach either! 😉🏁🔥
